What is Cuedin?
Cuedin is a managed SaaS platform that gives Discord-based service businesses financial analytics and operational visibility. It consists of two parts:
- Discord bot — handles orders, tickets, payments, and delivery directly inside your server
- Web dashboard — shows revenue, profit, costs, KPIs, and lets you configure everything
Cuedin is designed for game currency resellers, account boosters, digital goods sellers, and any other Discord-based business that needs reliable order management and payment tracking.
Quick Start
Add the bot to your server
Invite Cuedin to your Discord server using the invite link from your dashboard.
Run /setup
Type /setup in any channel. The bot will send you a one-time link to the setup wizard.
Complete the wizard
Set up channels, staff roles, products, and payment methods. Everything is optional — you can configure more later.
Post the ticket panel
Use /panel or the dashboard's Channels → Post Ticket Panel to place the "Open Ticket" button in a channel.
You're live
Customers can now open tickets and place orders. Head to your dashboard to monitor everything.
