Getting Started
Get Cuedin running in your Discord server in under five minutes. Follow each step in order — you can customize everything in more detail from the dashboard after setup.
Step 1 — Add the bot to your server
Click the invite link below to add Cuedin to your Discord server. You must have the Manage Server or Administrator permission.
The bot requests Administrator permission so it can create ticket channels, manage roles, and send messages in any channel. You can restrict this further after setup if needed.
Step 2 — Run /setup in Discord
Once the bot is in your server, type /setup in any channel. Only the server owner
can run this command.
The bot will reply privately (ephemeral) with a one-time link to the setup wizard. This link expires in 15 minutes and can only be used once.
Step 3 — Complete the setup wizard
The wizard has 7 steps. All are optional — you can skip anything and configure it later from the dashboard.
Channels
Select the channels where the bot will operate:
- Ticket Category — where new ticket channels are created (required for tickets)
- Log Channel — where all bot events are posted
- Transcript Channel — where closed ticket HTML transcripts are posted
Roles
- Staff Role — members who can manage tickets, fulfill orders, and use staff commands
- VIP Role — members who bypass order limits (assign to trusted customers only)
Branding
Set your business name, embed color, and message templates. These appear in all bot embeds sent to customers.
Products
Add your first product: name, price, and delivery type (manual or digital key). You can add more from the dashboard.
Payments
Connect your payment methods:
- Connect Gmail to enable automatic payment detection
- Enter your CashApp handle, Venmo handle, or PayPal email
- Add crypto wallet addresses (BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, USDT)
See Payment Methods for detailed setup instructions per method.
Step 4 — Post the ticket panel
The ticket panel is a button your customers click to open a new ticket. Post it in a channel where customers can see it.
Two ways to post it:
- In Discord: type
/panelin the channel where you want the button - In the dashboard: Config → Channels → Post Ticket Panel → select channel → click "Post Panel"
Step 5 — You're live
Customers can now click "Open Ticket" to start an order. The bot will guide them through selecting a product, choosing a payment method, and completing the transaction.
Head to your dashboard to monitor orders, analytics, and configure advanced settings.
