Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cuedin ("the Service"), provided by Cuedin ("we", "us", "our"). By adding the Cuedin bot to your Discord server or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must have the authority to bind your Discord server to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Sell, distribute, or facilitate access to any illegal goods or services
• Process payments for prohibited items under applicable law
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to circumvent, exploit, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service in a way that imposes excessive load on shared infrastructure
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

3. Service Description

Cuedin provides a Discord bot and analytics dashboard for Discord-based businesses. The Service includes order management, payment detection (via Gmail metadata polling), ticket management, customer analytics, and configuration tools.

Cuedin is an analytics and operations tool. We do not process customer payments — payments are made directly between your customers and your payment accounts (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or crypto wallets). We only detect and record payment events by monitoring your connected email account for notification emails.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

The Service is available on Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Business ($19.99/month) plans. Plan features are described on the Plans & Billing page.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Config → Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first subscription payment if the Service did not function as described. Contact us via the support server with your guild ID to request a refund. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after 7 days.

Plan Limits

Free plan analytics tracking pauses after 50 paid orders per calendar month. The bot continues to function normally — only analytics recording stops. This limit resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrading to Pro removes this limit.

5. Gmail Integration

The Gmail OAuth2 integration is an optional feature available on Pro and Business plans. You acknowledge that:

• You should connect a dedicated Gmail account used solely for payment notifications, not your personal Gmail
• We access only email metadata (sender, subject, timestamp) via the gmail.metadata scope
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment app accounts are configured to send notification emails to the connected Gmail
• You may revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or the Cuedin dashboard
• We are not liable for missed or delayed payment detection caused by Gmail API limitations or email delivery issues

6. Intellectual Property

The Cuedin platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Cuedin. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including product listings, announcements, and embed templates.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, missed payment detections, or data loss.

Planned maintenance will be announced in the support server when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuedin is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost revenue or profits resulting from Service downtime or errors
• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions between you and your customers
• Actions taken by Discord, Google, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or other third-party platforms
• Unauthorized access to your Discord server or payment accounts

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cuedin harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any illegal activity conducted through your Discord server.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data may be deleted after 90 days.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through the support server.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
