Dashboard
The Cuedin dashboard is your command center for analytics, order management, and bot configuration. Access it at cuedin.cc — log in with your Discord account.
Overview
The home page shows KPI cards for the current period: revenue, order count, average order value, and fulfillment rate. Below the KPIs are customizable charts showing trends over time.
If your setup is incomplete, a widget at the top shows what's still missing and links you directly to each configuration step.
Orders
The Orders page shows all orders with filters for status, date range, payment method, and product. Click any order to see its full details, payment events, and history.
- Pending — order placed, awaiting payment
- Paid — payment detected (auto or manual), awaiting fulfillment
- Fulfilled — order completed and delivered
- Cancelled — cancelled by customer or staff
- Expired — not paid within the expiry window
Customers
A shallow CRM showing every customer who has placed an order. Each profile shows their total order count, lifetime spend, and order history.
Tickets
Full history of all support tickets — open, closed, and deleted. View transcripts directly from the dashboard by clicking any closed ticket.
Products
Add, edit, and manage your product catalog. Each product has:
- Name and price
- Delivery type (manual, digital key, file, external link)
- Cost basis for profit tracking
- Stock limit (optional)
- Active/inactive toggle
For digital key products, you can bulk-upload keys from the product page. They are delivered automatically when an order is fulfilled.
Analytics
The Analytics page provides a full chart builder. Add charts for revenue, orders, payment method breakdown, fulfillment rate, and more. Charts update in real time.
Analytics history length depends on your plan: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), 365 days (Business).
Config
All bot configuration is managed here, organized into tabs:
- Branding — business name, embed color, footer text
- Channels — ticket category, log channel, transcript channel
- Roles — staff role, VIP bypass role
- Payments — payment methods, Gmail connection, memo pool
- Orders — expiry time, max pending orders per customer
- Embeds — customize every embed the bot sends
- Commands — enable or disable optional commands
Staff
Add staff members by Discord ID and assign them the Staff or Admin role. Staff members can manage tickets, fulfill orders, and use staff commands.
