Why isn't my payment being detected automatically?

Check these in order:

  1. Gmail is connected in Config → Payments (green "Connected" status)
  2. Email notifications are enabled in CashApp/Venmo/PayPal settings
  3. The notification email in CashApp/Venmo/PayPal is set to your connected Gmail
  4. The customer included the exact memo word when sending payment (CashApp/Venmo)
  5. You haven't exceeded the free tier limit (50/mo) — check the usage indicator in Config → Payments
  6. The order is still in "pending" status — already paid/expired orders won't match

If everything looks right, use manual confirmation as a fallback while investigating.

How do I customize my ticket welcome message?

Go to Config → Embeds → Ticket Embeds → Ticket Welcome. Click to expand and use the embed builder to customize the title, description, color, fields, and footer. Click "Save Changes" when done. The new embed will appear in all tickets opened after saving.

What happens when I reach my order limit on the free tier?

Your bot keeps working normally — orders still process, tickets still open, and customers can still pay. Only analytics tracking and automatic payment detection pause. Customers will need to be confirmed manually (staff clicks Confirm Payment or uses /fulfill) until the next calendar month, when detection automatically resumes. You can also upgrade to Pro for unlimited detection.

How do I add staff members?

Two ways:

  1. Dashboard: Go to Staff → Add Staff Member → enter their Discord user ID and select a role
  2. Discord: Use /staff add [discord_id] [role] (owner only)

Staff members can also be granted permissions via the Staff Role configured in Config → Roles — anyone with that role gets staff access without needing to be added individually.

Can I use multiple payment methods at the same time?

Yes. Enable as many payment methods as you want in Config → Payments. When a customer places an order, they choose their preferred payment method. Each method is independent — crypto detection, Gmail detection, and manual confirmation all run simultaneously.

How do I update my bot commands?

Go to Config → Commands. Toggle any optional command on or off. Changes take effect within a few seconds — the command will appear or disappear from Discord's slash command menu automatically. Core commands (/order, /status, /help, /setup) cannot be disabled.

How do I post the "Open Ticket" button?

Two ways:

  • In Discord: Type /panel in the channel where you want the button
  • Dashboard: Config → Channels → Post Ticket Panel section → select a channel → "Post Panel"

The panel uses your configured Ticket Panel embed. Customize it in Config → Embeds → Ticket Embeds → Ticket Panel.

A customer paid but the order shows as pending. What do I do?

Manually confirm the payment:

  1. In the ticket channel, click the "Confirm Payment" button (if shown), or
  2. Use /fulfill [order_id] in the ticket channel, or
  3. Find the order in the Dashboard → Orders, open it, and click "Mark as Paid"

After confirming manually, investigate why auto-detection didn't fire (see the first FAQ above).

How do I reconnect Gmail after it was disconnected?

Go to Config → Payments → Gmail Connection. If you see a "Reconnect" or "Reconnect Gmail" button, click it. You'll go through the OAuth flow again to reauthorize access. Gmail connections can be revoked if you change your Google account password or revoke app permissions from Google's security settings.

Can I change the embed color for all bot embeds?

Yes. Go to Config → Branding → Embed Color. Use the color picker (hue slider + hex input) to set your preferred color. This becomes the default for all bot embeds. Individual embeds can still be customized separately in Config → Embeds if you want different colors per embed type.
