Cuedin offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($9.99/mo), and Business ($19.99/mo). All plans include the core bot features — paid plans unlock analytics depth, auto payment detection beyond 50 orders/month, and advanced features.

Free tier behavior
The free tier never blocks your bot from working. Orders continue processing normally regardless of how many you have. The limit only affects analytics tracking and automatic payment detection:
- After 50 orders this month, analytics stop recording new events
- After 50 orders this month, automatic payment detection (Gmail + crypto polling) pauses
- Manual payment confirmation always works — customers can still pay and staff can confirm manually
- Detection and analytics resume at the start of the next calendar month
The dashboard shows your current month usage so you know when you're approaching the limit.
Upgrading
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Upgrade. Cuedin uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Subscriptions are billed monthly and activate immediately — your plan is upgraded the moment payment succeeds.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to Free.
Plan expiry
Paid plans are set to expire 30 days from each successful payment. Stripe renewal webhooks extend the expiry automatically. If a renewal fails (e.g. card declined), your plan reverts to Free immediately.
